Geoff’s clients span the Australian property industry spectrum, from major corporations and financial institutions to local and international ultra high net worth private clients.
Charles has led instructions and originated transactions on assets including major CBD mixed-use holdings and development sites, regional and sub-regional shopping centres, CBD office buildings, prime strip retail and city fringe and suburban development sites. His vast experience spans Australian, UK and Asian real estate markets. Charles holds a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, as well as a double Bachelor of Commerce and Property and Construction degree from University of Melbourne.
Andrew has a background spanning real estate and financial markets. He has held senior positions in private banking and as a financial markets trader. His ability to promptly process critical information and manage high pressure scenarios has enabled an outstanding capacity to source and structure complex real estate transactions. His breadth of knowledge and understanding of property make him a specialist at preparing properties for sale and securing outstanding outcomes for his clients. Andrew holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
Xander discovered his passion for property at his first role out of university at a private developer specialising in luxury apartments. He transitioned over to commercial real estate initially at CBRE in a specialist retail leasing role. Xander joined Emmetts in October 2020, adding to the team’s fire power in this specialist sub-sector. Xander brings expertise in retail real estate, a diversity of commercial real estate experience and a hunger to achieve greater heights in the sector.
