He transitioned over to commercial real estate initially at CBRE in a specialist retail leasing role. James is an Agency Executive for Emmetts Real Estate and is a highly valued member of the Team.

Prior to commencing his commercial real estate career, James was an athlete and coach on the Australian Rowing Team for many years and competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Eimear brings to Emmetts a background in Owners Corporation management having previously worked in a diverse range of professional roles.

Having completed degrees in Business and German in her home country of Ireland, Eimear has since completed multiple certificates in marketing and business courses to further her knowledge.

Teah has been in the industry for over 15 years and developed her skills in trust accounting for both the Commercial and Residential property sector. She is hard working and focused on providing accurate handling of all trust accounting requirements.
